On December 17th and 18th the Tegu Mobility Truck will be hanging out with the aMuse Toys team in Baltimore.

Tegu has launched its Mobility Line, completely modular magnetic wooden wheels which transform Tegu's Magnetic Wooden Blocks. To celebrate, the Tegu Mobility Truck will be traveling throughout the Northeast delivering a mobile magnetic play experience.

They'll be stopping by the Quarry Lake location on Saturday (11am-2pm) and swinging by Fells Point on Sunday (2pm-5pm) for a free family fun rolling block party hosted by aMuse Toys in partnership with Tegu. Will Haughey, Tegu co-founder will be leading the interactive play fesitivities!

As a tribute to the imaginations of children everywhere, Tegu will be hosting a once‐in‐ a‐lifetime sweepstakes. The company will randomly select one lucky winner to help design a Tegu vehicle for mass production in 2012. The selected child will work with a world-‐class design team to concept and produce the new product. For sweepstakes details, click here.

We love working with socially conscious companies that not only have incredibly high design and quality standards but also embrace their role in extending opportunities to improve the quality of life of their employees. Tegu works to change lives in Honduras through meaningful employment. This video tells some of the story of their factory and team in Honduras.

For aMuse, Tegu was love at first sight.  From the moment we spotted them in New York and as we grew to understand their misson and philosophy we couldn't help but get excited about sharing such a wonderful product with our customers.

We hope you take a break from the holiday hustle and join us for some fun family time with the folks from Tegu!
