Kiddos will engage in story-based movements, promote positive social interactions while building confidence and self-esteem.

Classes run for an hour with themes, developmentally appropriate poses and activity length adjustments customized to meet the needs of each group. Suitable for ages 4-10.

Kids will practice:

  • relaxation and self control
  • confidence and self esteem
  • strength and flexibility
  • concentration and focus
